Do I need an ironing board?
No. Muré steams clothes while they hang, so there's no board and no setup.
Can I use it on clothes I'm wearing?
We don't recommend it — always steam garments on a hanger to avoid contact with skin.
Does it remove odours?
Yes. The hot steam refreshes fabric and helps reduce odours between washes.
Which water should I use?
Regular tap water is fine. In hard-water areas, empty the tank after use and descale occasionally to keep steam flowing well.
Fabrics & care
Can I use it on all fabrics?
It's suitable for most fabrics, including cotton, polyester, silk and wool. For delicate items, use a lower setting and always follow the garment's care label.
Will it damage delicate fabrics?
No — steam is gentler than a hot iron and won't leave scorch marks or shine, but test an inconspicuous area first on very delicate pieces.
How do I keep it working well?
Empty the water tank after each use and descale periodically. Damage from limescale build-up isn't covered by the warranty.

What's the difference between the Pro and the Compact?
The Pro is a full-size handheld with 1300–1640 W, three steam levels and a 320 ml tank — ideal for home and daily use. The Compact folds down for travel and small spaces while still delivering fast, reliable steam.
Which one should I buy?
Choose the Pro for everyday home use and larger loads; choose the Compact if you travel often or are short on storage.
How big is the water tank?
The Pro holds 320 ml — enough for several garments in one go. The Compact is smaller and travel-sized.

Shipping is free on orders over €30. Any costs are shown clearly at checkout.
Where do you deliver?
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, with track & trace on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 23:59 on business days are processed as quickly as possible; you'll receive tracking so you can follow your order.
Can I return my order?
Yes — within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. Refunds are processed once we've received and checked your return.
