By placing an order on murelife.nl, you agree to these terms.

• All prices on the website include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are processed after successful payment.
• We aim to deliver all orders quickly and correctly (see our Shipping & Delivery page).
• You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Refunds are processed once we've received and checked the return.
• Warranty: we offer a 24-month warranty on manufacturing and material defects. Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect maintenance is not covered.
• Muré is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of our products.
• Product information and images are prepared with care but may contain minor deviations.
• Dutch law applies to all agreements.
